Hail has been our nemesis this week – it took out the beautiful bumper crop of peaches, it shredded the lettuce & destroyed the blackberries.
We are still reeling from the damage – fortunately – we still have ‘maters.

Tomato report

We had some ‘hail-like’ precipitation – we can tell by the torn tree leaves, etc.
Those pesky tomatoes - we won’t know for another 24-36 hours – you folks hopefully won’t see it – we will just have a gazillion tomatoes to make into sauce, juice etc. This is the second MAJOR set back with the [...]
