How about that blue squash?

It is really a pumpkin. Sweet orange flesh inside. Read more at squash types. Mixed gold & red turnips Clean the skins and peel off the scruffy parts. Then slice and sautee in butter with a couple sliced shallots. Great flavor combo and reduces the strength of the turnip flavor while bringing out the spiciness. [...]
