A peek into our farmer’s world:

Good morning –

Just in from loading the truck – what a beautiful morning – a cool breeze is upon us.

We have had an interesting week – another horrific storm with lots of hail & high winds – which left us without power from Thursday to Saturday.

The heat was really bad – but we were saved by our new tiny little blow up kiddie pool – what a pleasure to float around in that at the end of the day – the treat was enjoyed by all – including all the Amish girls – in their dresses – lol.

So – we had a challenge picking & packing this week.

Due to the severe hail this week – our leafies are in short supply – so it i s hard to say which box has beets & which box has kale – we tried hard to sort the leafies & hope that there is little hail damage – but you might find some visual damage, but it will not affect the flavor.
