Root vegetables and penne

From Jennifer: Peel and chop your root vegetables like beet and turnip into cubes. Then chop up your kale or spinach. Saute in olive oil with garlic. vegetables in the making

Today we visited one of the farms and saw hundreds of tiny onions, broccoli, tomatoes, kale, romaine, arugula, eggplant, etc. sprouting in a greenhouse. We’re really looking forward to our spring and summer veggies. May can’t come soon enough.
