I just filled out a survey, but wanted to send a suggestion I couldn’t fit anywhere. Whenever there were extra veggies or a choice of 1 of 3 this past year, I NEVER got what I wanted. At first it wasn’t a big deal, but after a while I felt jipped. Truth is, if we were all given the choice (“take one bunch of veggies from the following three choices, that are not in your box”, for example), you would probably find more people satisfied at the end of the day. This would be great for herbs, too. If I know I’m getting a veggie for which I have a recipe that works great with oregano, I’d love to be able to choose that instead of getting stuck with say, thyme, which would probably be welcomed by someone else. Also, the amount of herb was pretty large. What if the bunches we chose from were smaller, and you got to pick 2 or 3? I know it would be more work for you, but it would also be much more customer friendly. Even packets with two types of herb in them would have been better than the one big packet. One time I traded some with a lady who offered (we each took half of each other’s), but the rest of the time I ended up not using all of it and trashing some, which I feel badly about. Thanks for listening!
